The BK Family Homes Team is proud to offer bi-monthly seminars to support neighborhood charities and foundations. In 2009, we will offer our seminars at a cost of a $10 donation to a designated charity or foundation.
Our first workshop was packed with valuable information for first time home buyers, those who haven't bought in the last couple of years, and those trying to navigate through the very challenging and changing real estate market in 2009. We shared with home buyers how to avoid getting caught up in all of the auction hype and paying too much, how to get repairs on distressed properties covered in the purchase loan, and more... We will be offering this workshop again, please register in advance to avoid missing out. Depending on registrations and interest, we may add more to the schedule. During our upcoming seminar this May we will Educate Homeowners on on the various means of avoiding foreclosure. We will help homeowners understand all of the resources available to them, help clear myths and "myth"-understandings about President Obama's Plan, how to apply for a loan modification, and how "short-sales" and "forclosures" affect your future creditworthiness.
